I’d like to say what a great car buying experience. From the time Donovan, Sales, answered the phone to the paperwork process with Dan Beaupain, Customer Experience Manager, have been nothing but positive. Courteous, friendly, no pressure, helpful and professional. Had a little concern a day after purchase, Dan reached out, followed up and took care of my concern promptly. Very happy with my CPO Tacoma.

We went to Royal Moore pre-owned cars yesterday after getting in touch with a representative via their website. Prior to going in I asked her about a car I was interested in. She instantly responded with answers and when I inquired about what else they had she gave me all the information I requested. At this point, I felt comfortable about going in to look at the inventory. My husband went with me. (I had also reached out to other dealerships and got either no or little response.) Upon arrival, we were met by Reygan, who was polite, professional and personable. She showed us the car I was interested in and when I inquired about other cars that fell within my criteria, she took the time to immediately pull up inventory that I may like. She showed us a couple and explained details about all of them. She was not pushy and we immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. She made it so easy to ask questions and give us details we asked about. Soon we found a car we really liked. She let us test drive it and we immediately fell in love with it. It was just perfect for us. Next came the part we all dread which is the paperwork, credit check, trade in and percentage rate. In no time, we filled out the paperwork in a hassle free environment. It was straight forward and easy to understand. She talked and walked us through the process making sure all our questions were answered about what we were signing. She offered us warrantys and we took them since they were for mechanical issues and annual services. Our percentage rate was the most surprising part. Close to 3.14 %. We got an excellent price for our trade in. Almost what we could've sold it on the market place. Her finance manager, Daniel Beaupain, also took the time to meet any needs we had and answer all our questions. They were a great team together. She sat with us the entire time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience and our sales associate. Reygan. In a time when customer service is at an all time low, we felt like we definitely made the right decision to go to Royal Moore and have one of the best associates we've ever had over the years. Ryker was fun and professional helping my daughter buy her first car. I have bought several cars in the past and had terrible experiences and he totally changed my opinion on car dealerships. He was kind and made the experience positive and smooth. I will definitely refer him to friends and family and have him help us in the future!

BRANDON was so helpful and patient as we needed to replace our college daughter’s car that was totaled by a deer. We had a tight budget and timeline. Brandon did a great job connecting with her and working with her to discover what her needs and wants were. We went for a test drive and he made it very comfortable for her. She was nervous about test driving with someone, but Brandon made it enjoyable and instructed her where to go and to “step on it” so she could get the full picture of the car’s ability. (FYI we didn’t exceed the speed limit😇) Royal Moore Pre Owned had a large selection of cars that come from their new car lot trade ins. These cars are sold by volume and are priced to move. This made settling on a price easy because they’re priced accordingly.
