Outstanding service and quality. On a short visit from out of town, I needed some emergency PC surgery and my experience absolutely could not have been better. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Definitely look them up if you are in need.
My computer would not turn on and I first took it to Geek Squad. They said I would need a new motherboard, etc. which I thought was crazy and I am a college student so I could not afford those prices. I got a recommendation from the geek squad to go and see the computer guys and I was not disappointed. The computer guys are friendly, knowledgeable and the price was cheaper than what the geek squad would have charged so I didn't really complain. I have to bring my computer back soon for a potentially big repair and they will be the first place I go to while I'm still in Moon!
I've been dealing with The Computer Guys for years, and have recently had them do some web services for me. The advice and service they have given me are more than worth the cost. They are trustworthy, and I can't say enough about their professionalism and knowledge. I will always look to them for anything IT related.
I took my Dell laptop into the Computer Guys and they were very nice and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly! They also did not charge me for the diagnosis of my computer. I highly recommend them!
