For the cost of living here in Washington, Acappela has been great in terms of what you get for the price. I have a three bedroom for less than most people are paying for a 2 bedroom else where. The office staff has always been super friendly and helpful and maintenance is fantastic. I have always been very surprised at how fast someone shows up when I call, even if it is after hours. My only complaint as far as the complex goes itself is parking - there are more people and cars here than available unreserved spots. There have been numerous occasions when I have literally had to park somewhere else and get a ride home. I have a reserved spot now but you are only allowed 1 reserved spot and my brother lives with me. So parking is still a problem. If it were not for that I would give a higher rating.

Wonderful apartment complex for live in! It is an calm and quiet place with good access to stores, community buses, and high way. Maintenance team is very professional and helpful. Also, management is very cooperative and friendly staff. Besides, this complex has a big area for walking, dog park, and playground for kids. Good neighbors and monthly events do our life more interesting. Thank you for an amazing experience!
