  I’m new to cloth diapering. I love that there is a detailed product description for people like me who aren’t sure where to start and what to buy. The selection here is great too, and I appreciate that because I’m still trying to find the right brand and style that my baby and I love. The items I want and need have consistently been in stock, and shipping is incredibly fast!! I will continue to use this place through my baby’s cloth diapering journey.

  We have been cloth diapering for over 3 years, and shopping here for about the last 2. In this time I have placed dozens of orders and have only had once instance where the wrong sized item was shipped. I emailed them upon arrival, received a quick response and it was resolved immediately. Which is more than I can say for many companies both big and small that I have dealt with over the years. They have free shipping at $5 which is unheard of and I usually get items in 2 days on the west coast.

  Awesome customer service at this retailer! They go out of their way to answer questions. Shipping is fast and free over $5. They are frequently adding new products and will also order items for you that may not be in stock from current product lines (such as a specific color/print). Such kind people who like to maintain the same type of atmosphere for their customers!
