I called on a Monday, and was able to get an appointment for that Thursday. My carpets look brand new, and smell good. I also had upholstered chairs cleaned, and they also look like the day I bought them. The price was very reasonable. I will refer to Zerorez and use them again in the future!

The technician who came to my house was very thorough & explained the entire process to me. Each item was examined and a price was given for cleaning each one. There was no mess and no odor left behind. Their prices were reasonable for the work completed.
I was very pleased with the gentleman who provided the service and the quality of the care of my furniture and carpets. I plan to use this company in the near future for air duct cleaning.

After the loss of our pet and some recent accidents I called to have them come clean our carpets. They came the next day which was impressive. John W was our technician and he was so kind and very informative about my options. He was very thorough with the carpet inspection first and the process was seamless. It didn’t take long at all. I would definitely consider using this company again in the future.

I've used them for our home carpets and Jesse was awesome. So I called for our restaurants duct cleaning yesterday in preparation for our grand opening next week. Randy was awesome working out a quote appointment time and going over everything. They came today, a little earlier than their given window (which was great, I thought we'd be waiting for them like the cable guy..) to do the quote and the price was stellar in comparison to others we've gotten. They did the cleaning on the spot- no waiting (an option Randy gave me at the time of booking). The before and after pictures were outstanding in the difference. We'll be having them do our home next, for sure. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
