  Great family owned piano business!! After calling and dealing with a few others in the area I was met with honesty and integrity from the Grafton folks that went a long way towards me ultimately deciding to buy my new Kawai piano from them. Highly recommend them!

  Well folks, if you want to get a piano and have been looking on Craig's list, I suggest you go to Grafton's first before you buy. Pianos are complex and are subject to many caveats in a home. When you get a low or no cost piano else where, you don't really know what you are getting.
  We just bought a used upright that was completely refinished and repaired beautifully from Grafton's. I am glad we went here! The have mastered their craft and you no longer find that in too many places in the world. You will find it here.

  We were looking for a reasonably priced piano for my family. After visiting many piano stores in the Buck's and Montgomery county area, we finally found a great experience at Grafton Piano & Organ. The selection and playability of the piano's at Grafton's was superior to the competition. Evidently they keep their pianos in tune and regulated so that it is much easier to choose the right piano since you are hearing and playing the piano at it's best. The sales staff (Tom) was great as Tom's vast industry experience and his cool patience with us provided a memorable shopping experience. We played every piano in the store and found a number of pianos worth owning. We finally settled on a beautifully restored 1936 Baldwin Grand piano. Once purchased, the delivery went just as smooth. As Grafton's uses their own delivery team and truck, you don't have to worry about a contracted furniture delivery service messing up your new purchase. The Grafton delivery team was great to work with, they were very patient as we asked them to move the piano a few times until it looked correct in the room. They laid down protective coverings and panels to protect the floor. They easily brought the piano into my home and set it up with no damage to the house or the piano. As pianos can be a substantial purchase, not having to be stressed about the purchase and delivery lets you enjoy the piano much more. I am glad to have found Grafton's. Highly recommended!

  My intention was to buy a piano from a big box store ( for the best price). I stopped by Grafton, and I now have my dream Kawai! Tom the sales associate was so knowledgeable, and when I was told the price of the Kawai, I knew it was mine. There was no need to shop anywhere else.

  This is a lovely piano store with an impressive assortment of pianos of various sizes and price points on display. They also have a collection of organs and digital pianos available to play. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.
