(December 17, 2019, 4:49 pm)I took my laptop into Energy Star Computers. Unfortunately the cost of repairs was not worth it given the age of my laptop. However, I did leave the store with a great certified refurbished laptop for a fair price. As a bonus, Brian voided the cost of diagnosis on my laptop as well as the data transfer labor fee. Thanks, guys!
