The gym is very clean and always a welcoming, encouraging environment. Also, the staff is very friendly and always there to help. I highly recommend joining Optimal Sport!

A ton of equipment, every kind of group class you could think of from bootcamp to yoga to spin to special classes just for seniors, TONS of specialized equipment and best of all, the Optimal Workout! Small group training with some of the best fitness experts in the area 7 days a week. The staff is friendly, the environment is welcoming and the monthly cost can't be beat!

(June 18, 2018, 4:46 pm)I've had the opportunity to workout at Optimal Sport Health Club 2.0 for a couple of years now and I have to say it has been the best experience! The trainers there are not only very experienced in what they do but they are also very friendly very approachable people who are more than happy to answer your questions about fitness and exercise. The gym itself is very nice and extremely clean! We all know that this is a major topic when it comes to health and well being. Optimal has a great cardio area, weight training area with an array of machines and also a bunch of aerobic classes that you can schedule daily. It has everything a person who is looking into bettering their lives would need! In regards to pricing it is very affordable as well. They do their best to meet what they need to continue to build a better gym but also make it affordable for everyone! Not to mention that they also have specials every now and then on monthly fees. This is a fantastic gym and I encourage you to join the community! :-)
