The workouts are challenging but he guides everybody according to their level and needs. After a few sessions my endurance had clearly improved. See you next class, everyone!

He is always there to correct or give options to those of us with challenges. In addition to his helpfulness and knowledge, he is very kind and compassionate. I love the guy!!

(July 28, 2017, 9:18 pm)I dont usually like group fitness classes but this was different. You dont feel like anyone is watching or judging you and you can just focus on your workout.
I enjoy attending the classes because they challenge me without being threatening and theres always good energy with upbeat music. Mike keeps the class motivated by supporting you as well as encouraging the group throughout the class.
Each time I go the stations during the class theu are very versatile and never repetitive
Thankfully the instructor is always there if you need help or unsure of an exercise.
While attending get mad fit classes I've seen a significant change in my body and even developed muscles I never knew I had! Best of all I can fit into some clothes I havent fit into in years. I would highly recommend this for anyone from the nongym user to gym lover who wants a great workout -

(July 18, 2017, 11:53 pm)I have been working out for years but am a loyal repeat customer of GetMadFit and have always enjoyed the variety of work outs offered. Whether it's in a group class or individual training, I am always impressed with the personal attention I receive from the trainer. I especially liked how they were not only able to work around a shoulder injury I had but also help me to become stronger. Best of all I am seeing results!
