  Kids Plus Pediatrics (Seven Fields location) has been wonderful for our family. Due to moves, this is our third pediatric office and by far the best. The staff is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The doctors take time to really listen, offer input, and ask prompting questions to further your understanding. The nurses have provided my toddlers with crayons to draw on the paper in the patient rooms while we wait. A friend who also goes to this practice shared that Dr. Lewis personally called them to ask how their daughter’s out of office surgery went.
  
  Their waiting rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and patient rooms are always impeccably clean. It is easy to make appointments, communicate text, pictures, referral requests, and more via their Parent Portal (messages are responded to promptly). We recently had a newborn and they had a separate waiting room for infants. They also had warm receiving blankets for added comfort during weight check on scale! For these reasons and more, we would highly recommend Kids Plus Pediatrics.

  I was able to schedule an appointment a week after calling. I was then called and notified of an earlier appointment available two days after the initial communication which was greatly appreciated. The staff at the front desk were warm and inviting. The lactation consultant I worked with explained things very well and made me feel very comfortable; she was also uplifting and compassionate during the whole appointment. I would highly recommend to anyone having any issues requiring lactation consultation.

  My son has been a patient at this location for a few years now (a kids plus patient his whole life) and I have no plans to take him anywhere else! The staff are all warm and welcoming. Very professional and efficient. My son loves going in different rooms and seeing the paintings on the walls. There were toys and gadgets to keep the kids busy, but post Covid they got rid of them (as they should have) but we are never in the waiting room long enough for it to even matter. We are called back before he gets antsy! They all do a great job communicating with him and talking to him about what they are doing and what the reasoning is and I love that. They have late hours as well which is great for working families! Highly recommend!

  I’m a first time mom and cannot say enough good things about Kids Plus! The hours are so convenient and they are always able to get us in! The nurses at triage are also available until 10 pm every night to answer questions. In addition the portal is so helpful and a convenient way. To talk to doctors. The doctors are all very educated and professional. As a breastfeeding mom, I also love that t they s are connected to The Breastfeeding Center!!

  I love the office at Kids Plus. They are always helpful, professional and kind. We absolutely adore Dr. Karlovits! She is thoughtful, sincere and thorough. She explains everything in great detail and goes beyond expectations by reaching out to specialists if necessary to get accurate information. She knows her patients well, and has a natural compassion for them. She also has very pragmatic and realistic goals for her patients, while keeping their mental health and self-esteem foremost. My kids trust her and feel safe in her care.
