They take pride in every little detail, VERY welcoming no matter what level you are... they have a cute little tea area with refreshments, well-kept shower area with freshly washed towels/365 shampoo/wash, hair ties, and anything else you can think of! They provide mats, blocks, and towels and they are always clean and free of cost.
I have been to the other hot yoga studios in the north hills area and there is no comparison whatsoever. The teachers are diverse and each have their own style- I love love love this place and recommend it above all other studios in the area.

(January 25, 2017, 5:54 pm)Salt is a breath of fresh air...literally. All the instructors are wonderful and from day one welcome you to the beautiful, open, salty family. Salt also loves to support the community around them and each month supports a different charity through their Friday night donation classes.
