  I am relatively new to the area, and recently had work performed on my 20 year old Honda Civic by a local chain garage. Last week I was at the local WaWa in Spring City, when I went to backup my car made a loud "Clunk!" and stopped moving, red fluid was pouring out of it from underneath. I frantically called triple A who said it would be over an hour before they could arrive. I sat on the curb having a bit of a mental breakdown, I just spent $1200 on my car for inspection, and was already running late picking my daughter up from school. People walked in and out of the store, and not one person stopped and asked if i needed help, one of WaWa's employees dumped kitty litter on the fluid but said he didn't know anything about cars. A car pulled up next to mine, and a young man stepped out wearing mechanic attire. He asked if I needed help and I explained my situation. He instantly climbed on his stomach and crawled under the car. After poking around for a few minutes he informed me that the shop I just had my car at did not install the axle correctly and it had popped out of place. He returned to his vehicle and grabbed a jack and a hammer, and explained that he believed he could get me going within a few minutes. He jacked the car up and after hitting the axle with the hammer a few times climbed back out and told me it was fixed but needed transmission fluid to replace what had leaked out. After patiently waiting for me to go inside and purchase several bottles from the store, he showed me how to fill the cars fluid up and check it. He took the car around the parking lot and said I was good to go!!! I apologize because I cannot remember his name! However, he gave me a Don Wallence business card and said to give a call for any future repair work needed! My faith in humanity was restored thanks to this young man, he would not accept any kind of payment no matter how much I pleaded with him, I have had many mechanics over the years and being new to the area I was hoping to find a local mom & pop ran business with honest and trustworthy mechanics! I think I have found the shop I will be using from now on!!!!

  They are very nice to deal with. They will work with you and do what they can to help. Rick was there when I picked up my car and he was hilarious. He'll try his hardest to make sure you have a good experience. Todd was diligent in trying to get me a car, not just to make a sale, but so that I actually have one. Not a normal car salesman, seems to actually care. They also made it as easy as possible. Doesn't look like a lot on the outside, but I'd rather go to a small, quality place; rather than a big shiny dealership that just wants money.
