I’ve been going to Ford’s for years and have never been happier. Not only are the staff knowledgeable and friendly, but, they bring their dogs to work which makes for a nice environment. If you’re local they will even drop you off at home after you bring our car in.
I totally trust these guys to repair our vehicles. The only downside is they are always busy and backed up that it can be tough to fit us into their schedule. That's a testament to how many local customers are happy with their service. They are also loyal sponsor of our local little league. Class act. Highly recommend.
Always do a great job repairing and maintaining our cars. The staff are all very professional and efficiently fix our cars correctly the first time. All at very reasonable costs.
We have been taking our cars/trucks there for years now and love it. It is a clean shop with friendly staff. I never had any issues with lack of communication or things taking too long. My husband owns his own business and being without our truck for too long would cost us money and they always seem to work around our schedule. The couple of times the truck had a flat tire, they helped us quickly so we could get back to work.
