I find her to be an individual with a high level of integrity, who is very dedicated, compassionate and sincere. She goes above and beyond the call-of-duty to satisfy her clients. Regardless of the time of day you can contact Regina and she will respond promptly. I remember one night I texted her at 2 a.m. in the morning, the aide who was working that night was acting inappropriate. It made me uncomfortable so I texted Regina and she responded immediately. She asked if I was ok and if I wanted her to come out. I was so impressed and touched by that. She is a hard worker and addresses your needs promptly. Whenever I needed to switch agencies or needed other services, the paperwork was submitted right away I never had any interruptions in my services. She takes pride in her work and is very tenacious. Without a doubt, I confidently recommend Hutchings Consulting & Services.
