  My husband and I just got married and after some time on an old mattress we decided that our first "big" purchase as a married couple would be a new mattress. We had no idea what we were looking at or even what we needed. We went to Mattress Warehouse first and was met by a pushy, arrogant, rude, sales manager who kept continuously trying to up-sell us. We left feeling overwhelmed and disrespected. Our next stop was Mattress Firm a few days later. Jen G met us with a warm welcome, explained everything up front with us, and allowed us to have our time to find what worked best for us while providing help when needed. The service was incredible and just what we needed! From the beginning Jen had our best interest in mind and never once made us feel pushed into a sale. The delivery was super fast, very professional, and even came earlier than anticipated. One the same night of the deliver Jen made sure to give us a call to ensure everything went well. Overall this was one of the best purchasing experiences I have had. Jen took something that seemed daunting and stressful and made it so easy. If you need a new mattress this is the place to go. I recommend Jen and her team 100%.

  Jen is the absolute best! Super informative, super thorough, and so fun to work with! Our selection process was easy, purchasing was smooth, and delivery went great! Highly recommend!

  Mattress Firm was the best purchasing experience my wife and I have had! We were in the market for a mattress and found the perfect fit. Jenn, the store manager at the Chambersburg location, is both knowledgeable and friendly. She explained our options, answered all of our questions, and made the experience fun! We’re satisfied with our purchase and so glad that we decided to visit Mattress Firm. If you’re in the market for a mattress, see Jenn. She’s awesome!

  Jen was a terrific help. She got my mom the mattress and bed frame she really needed. She was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She kept in mind the needs of my mother while also keeping in mind the budget. My mom loves her bed. It was a great experience.
  
  Update: We bought a 2nd bed through Jen and Patrick and the experience was awesome as usual. They were patient with us as we looked at mattresses and guided kids around the store. They got us exactly the base we wanted and a mattress that was comfortable and in our budget. I'm sleeping the best I have in a long time. I'm happy to report a lot less back and shoulder pain and 90% less headaches. It's amazing! Thanks Mattress Firm :)

  Jen was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in the door she welcomed us with her fun bubbly personality. She was wonderful and walked us through step by step to pick the right bed for us. By far the best customer service ever! Great prices as well! Highly recommend!
