  This was absolutely very well done. My service manager was great. His name was Alan Aimer. He explained everything that was serviced and what should be done on the next service. He answered all my questions in detail. I give him an A+. Thank you.

  They helped a single mom of two autistic girls without a judgement nor doubt I was a normal everyday customer that was coming to buy car not ever second guessing, when I was upfront about a foundation grant that was going to be helping me they had no issues and continued to help me in any way possible to provide the estimates, documents I was in need of obtaining, they followed up and worked with me every step of the way, I didn't have to wait or be treated any different knowing I was going through process with my special case and they always were straight to point without any hidden agendas. They even went above and beyond as to help me find perfect, safe, quality vehicle that best fit the needs of me and my girls for all aspects. Always were kind and generous, as to what my needs were without any false statements and keep me up to date still on my used Toyota Corolla which I absolutely love. They explained every detail before I pulled off lot as well as Ade sure I was comfortable and felt secure prior to leaving the dealership. I felt that it was family oriented and very unique for a dealership, never thought a dealership was as respectful or as well put together even service ad waiting areas as this till i experienced it first hand.. thank you Toyota dealership you are excellent in my eyes and I couldn't have got to this point if it weren't for your help and guidance.

  My wife recently had her rear brakes done on her 2002 Highlander. After a few months a slight issue developed on front brakes that were done in September and their customer service was above and beyond what I expected. They were prompt in correcting the issue, and as far as original price of the work being slightly higher than the local yokel mechanics, workmanship and honesty far surpasses. You pay for what you get. I will never use a local mechanic again. Thank you Toyota of Scranton!

  We bought a slightly used 2019 Corolla Saturday 5/11/19. The finance manager pushed & pushed the extended warranty after we repeatedly insisted we didn't want it. We were in the dealership for 4 hours. We got worn down and it was closing time and the numbers 'seemed' not too bad, so we ended up signing.
  But the actual cost is a lot for us & we wanted the warranty removed. They're closed Sunday so we both took off work right away Monday afternoon and went back at 1 PM to cancel it, just 5 business hours after signing. We were there another 2 hours and were told we could remove the plan but our monthly amount couldn't be changed. Long story short, we still have a warranty we don't want.
  The pressure we were put under caused us
  a lot of stress. He should have respected our decision and done what we asked without
  the constant pushing. It felt to us like harassment.
  Thankfully we received the assistance we were needing from Mary Jo Preno, who had both the ability and the authority to resolve the issue so quickly, that it changed our opinion of this dealership.
