(August 12, 2019, 6:49 am)The food was good and the portions were very generous. The service was quick, as the place was empty when we arrived. However, I would say there is an opportunity to improve the service. There is an opportunity to enhance the way they greet and interact with their customers. When you arrive you should be greeted by friendly staff and you should feel welcomed. Every interaction that is had with the customer should be positive. If they can work on this aspect of the customer experience, I don't see why they cannot be more successful.

(May 26, 2019, 9:58 pm)I was glad to finally try the Peruvian food at La Costeña. The food is very good! The portions are pretty generous. I would definitely come back again. Unfortunately I can't give a full 5 stars for a couple reasons.
Though the food is very good I felt that it was on the pricey end of the spectrum. This is especially true because on the venue itself, my second reason. They sincerely try very hard. The food and presentation can certainly meet the aspiration of the higher end restaurant but not the place.
