  I’ve never been an athlete, so fitness as an adult was difficult for me. Powertrain boot camps allow for an array of abilities while still making everyone feel included. I also enjoy the extra push by the trainer to increase a weight or do an extra set when I am unsure if I can do it! The boot camp time offerings are great and the atmosphere is always welcoming! Glad I joined!

  Power train has helped me become my best athlete. These past four years of training have really improved my strength, speed, and agility and i have seen it transfer onto the field. 10/10 recommend coming here, create environment to train in as well!

  I have been at Powertrain for almost two years now and it has been the best fitness decision I have ever made! I am the strongest and fittest I have ever been, and every boot camp/personal training session I attend is well-run, tough, and fun. Walking into this gym I feel so comfortable and right at home. I know every trainer by name and workout frequently with the same people which makes going to the gym An experience I look forward to throughout the week. The atmosphere is always positive and uplifting, and never judgmental. I 100% recommend this gym!

  I LOVE coming to Power Train Lancaster! The personal training and boot camps are equally intense. I appreciate that the instructors take time to correct form, and are always ready and willing to challenge you to your greatest potential. Both the staff and clients at Power Train create an atmosphere of community and encouragement, leaving you feeling inspired and ready to work hard. Check it out!

  This place is seriously awesome. I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years. Not only have I lost weight (30lb+), but I’ve gained energy, confidence, and a desire to better myself. The trainers here are fun and focused; making sure you do your best while enjoying your time here. No matter your age, size, or current level, you can come knowing you’re going to get a great workout. We support each other and work as a team.
