(September 29, 2019, 9:08 pm)I was having billing issues and coverage issues with Verizon so we stopped in the store today to see our options. We were welcomed with a huge smile, warm beard and open arms by John. I would like to thank T-mobile for employing such fantastic ,knowledgeable employees I could go on forever about the impeccable service but to put it straight forward...John switched carriers for us , paid our phones off got us a new line with a new phone and saves us $143 a month while adding a third line!!! They stayed after store hours to make sure everything was transferred correctly and the transaction went smoothly! I can’t say enough about t-mobile and John Lewis I am extremely satisfied with customer service and hospitality!!!!!
