  Having received chiropractic care in the past, I was pleased that Dr. Ries did not do a generalized manipulation. He treated my back for its uniqueness. No aggressive manipulation. Through positioning and muscle recruitment I am able to understand and manage my chronic low back pain :)

  As a runner and a swimmer, I have certainly used my body, maybe sometimes too much. Dr. Ries has been able to "keep me together" at my ripe old age of 73! I follow his advice, I do my exercises.... and maybe I'll still be active at 75!

  I was at a chiropractic one time and had a bad experience. So I was hesitant to try another one. But thankfully Dr. Ries was recommended by their massage therapist Melinda Hoffman. I was so thankful that I went to see him. I am now working on all aspects of getting my back and body in shape. His knowledge of the spine and muscles surrounding it, made we want to say, Why didn't I think of this earlier. I am now on my way to a stronger and happier me.

  Dr. Ries takes genuine interest in caring for your overall health, including your skeletal, muscular, digestive, and emotional well-being. He is personable, and very professional. His assistant is a pleasure to work with, as she tries to coordinate schedules and be flexible.

  Dr. Ries is so friendly and very knowledgeable. I like the fact that he actually takes the time to listen to you. His secretary is the best, always willing to work around your schedule. She also greets you by name and a smile. Can't ask for better all around service!!!
