  Hotel was clean and modern. We asked for a higher floor when booking and were delighted to be on the 5th floor, with a great view of the sunrise in the morning. The lobby was warm, welcoming and nicely decorated for the holidays, and the fitness center was excellent with modern equipment. We did not use the pool but that looked nice as well. Our room was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would love to return in the future!

  Just got back home from Hotel Rock Lititz, absolutely cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Extremely clean, modern, quiet, artistic, fun, gorgeous... should I keep going? We celebrated our first wedding anniversary here for 2 nights and I cannot wait to go back and stay at this amazing hotel. Don’t think twice about staying here, click book because it is beyond worth it.

  Room is clean cut with sweet decor, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is awesome. I loved the shower a lot. Usually I hate hotel showers...I didn’t want to get out of this one ????

  This was our first stay, but we do not plan on it being our last. From making the reservation until we exited the lobby, everything was perfect.
  
  Both the public areas as well as our suite were spotless and beautiful.
  
  Lexie was great in making our reservation and checking us in. I was concerned when we found our suite near the elevator, but had no noise issue.
  
  Everything in our suite was perfect. The view wasn't great, until sunset which was gorgeous. The AC worked like a charm. The bed was nice and firm. The towels were comfortable. We enjoyed having a Keurig. The coffee provided was weak for us, but nice that it's included. We always travel with our own choice of coffee.
  
  The lobby areas are comfortable and extremely attractive. The outdoor area was very nice.
  
  The bar, like the rest of the hotel, was beautiful.
  
  We do plan on returning.

  We loved it back in May when we found it and thought "it is a gem". We visited again in September based on our first experience. Staff is friendly, hotel is new, rooms have comfy beds, cool atmosphere throughout. The pool is clean and I loved heated floors in pool area - we had a great time. Too bad we won't be back due to our unpleasant experiences at the restaurant during our last visit in September.
