  I am so greatful for Evolution Barbell! I have been a member for nearly 6 months, and feeling more like myself! I was hesitant to start working out, and needed a private, supportive, nonjudgmental atmosphere. Evolution Barbell offered me private one on one sessions, that are designed for me. I have gained strength and confidence! Thanks to the trainers at EVB, I’m a better version of me!! I’m blessed to be part of the EVB family!
