  Our sales rep Dave Shaffer was great. No BS, straight facts, no pressure and just a great guy to work with. The finance team was professional and courteous and easy to work with as well Overall, I would say RVValueMart gets a 12!

  Good selection and an easy transaction. With RVs ( like cars ) there is a multitude of options and different “packages” are available. It’s often hard to determine whether you are comparing identical units to know if the deal is good or not. Here the unit pictures are comprehensive and it’s easy to see things like power leveling jacks, aluminum wheels and interior features of each unit. I was checking multiple dealers sites daily for a particular model and the exact unit I wanted popped up on their website inventory on a Sunday afternoon. Monday morning I drove 4 hours to the dealer, looked over the unit and paid a deposit. The following week I called for a walkthrough / Pickup day and was scheduled to fit my needs. The unit was open, systems were operating and it was ready to go. The delivery guy showed me all the functions to my satisfaction and I went to complete the paperwork. Two guys set up my WD hitch, hooked up my vehicle while the delivery guy closed it up for travel. By the time I finished the paperwork I was ready to roll. After a walk around check of lights, doors and the tow set up I hit the road. The price was good, no pressure to upsell and no hidden or arbitrary fees. Everyone was friendly and seemed happy to be working there which makes for a better buying experience.

  I love it there. The workers are very nice and take time to explain things to you. They stay with you to show you all the RVs that you are looking. Like me I told them I'm looking for an rv with the dry wait of 4,000 or lower because our truck's dry wait is 4,450.

  We didn't buy today the salesman new we are in the tire kicking stages his name is Jeff. He answered all my questions drove us on around on the cart and was very knowledgeable and super nice ... a great experience no pressure or rushing
