  Can't say enough great things about Stroud CrossFit! I started Crossfit in my hometown in May 2017, and I became a member at Stroud Crossfit 5 months ago when I started a temporary contract position in the Poconos. I immediately felt so welcomed by the coaches and members- everyone is so friendly! The coaches are knowledgeable, approachable, helpful with pointing out things like form improvements, and ready to provide a workout modification or scale when needed. I really enjoy the programming; the workouts are a good mix of strength/skill/mobility work in addition to the WOD itself. The sense of community and support here is amazing... I always leave SCF with a smile on my face (even after a hard workout!) . I highly recommend checking out SCF!!

  Stroud Crossfit is the epitome of community. My fiancee and I were living temporarily in the Pocono's for the summer when we found and joined this gym. We were instantly welcomed, accepted, and befriended by the wonderful people there. It felt just like home, and honestly it was hard to leave. Stroud was a huge part of what made our summer stay amazing, and we are forever grateful for their hospitality. MISS YOU ALL! SEE YOU SOON!

  I want to start off by saying the atmosphere at this box is amazing. Its like walking in to a family reunion everytime! Bailey is absolutely great at what she does best! she's very informative, supportive and great at motivating you to do better! Im new to the box but wouldn't go anywhere else this box has become a home to me!!!

  My go to drop in for when I'm in the Poconos. I've been dropping into this gym for almost 4 years now and it gets better every time. Great atmosphere, excellent programming, and even better coaching!

  Stroud CrossFit is the best CrossFit Gym in the Poconos. They have a great facility, excellent equipment and a dedicated and experienced coaching staff. The best part about it though is the community. The members at Stroud CrossFit are amazing. I've made a lot of really good friends at Stroud that have motivated me to work towards being the best person I can be. The positive, supportive environment at Stroud is one-of-a-kind.
