  Excellent. This is the third time I've been here and it's great every time. There's a reason people flock here. if you are choosing between a burger or chicken salad get the chicken salad melt. Can't wait to try other things! Delicious :) during peak hours be prepared to wait.

  I love this place! This was my first time there! The menu had something for everyone! The food was fresh! The kind of eating that everyone should be doing. Cage free eggs, pure maple syrup, fresh avocado for my avocado toast! I'll be back for sure!

  Love this place. Boyfriend and I go here nearly every saturday morning. Staff is friendly and fast. They are always ready to help, even when they are swamped and people have clearly bailed on them. The food is great and they are great with kids and families. Honestly we have seen them put up with some...less then pleasant people that I would have slapped in a friendly manner. Great job guys!

  I was honestly surprised at how much I enjoyed this restaurant. The food was fresh and amazing; healthy choices, plus plenty of vegetarian options and the staff was out of this world friendly. I will definitely be back again & again.

  First Watch is a stylized, modern, farm themed restaurant. Clever art using everyday kitchen utensils and farm tools decorate the walls giving the space an interesting look.
  The atmosphere is bright, open, lively, and very comfortable. Our server was fast, knowledgeable, and attentive.
  The food was presented very nicely and was delicious.
  If you're ever in Abington and want a good farm fresh meal, I'd highly recommend First Watch.
