  Great community gym with outstanding equipment for weight lifters. Lots of great heavy metal tunes. Brett the owner is very helpful & friendly, and so are the staff/ trainers.
  
  I recommend Kate for a personal training. She is very patient & persistent, and really invested in success with her clients.
  
  I would still be a member if I lived closer or gas prices weren't so damn high.

  This place is awesome! The equipment is so well taken care of. There is so many different machines that are better for range of motion. High quality machines and weights. I’ve been to many gym and this one never disappoints. The staff is so welcoming as well. the gym can be over whelming to see so many bodybuilders and people in such great shape, but they are all so down to earth and just great people. They want to see everyone be healthy and succeed in their fitness goals. Do yourself a favor and try out this gym! You will not be disappointed.
