(May 9, 2018, 4:27 pm)When I first learned of Integrative Medicine, I was extremely uncomfortable with hot flashes and night sweats among other menopausal symptoms. I was skeptical and spent a lot of time deciding to even look for a Dr. Once I finally decided to give it a try I found Dr Varano, who was not only within a reasonable travel but he was the only one I could find that was doing what I was willing to try. I was looking for help getting rid of hot flashes and night sweats. I was extremely nervous while waiting for the date of my first appointment. Just walking thru the door for that first appointment was hard. The office staff immediately made me feel comfortable and my nervousness lessened. I still had to meet Dr Varano, so I'd not say my nervousness was completely gone. But within 5 minutes of talking with him I could feel my stress level decreasing. He is so easy to talk to and I can't even begin to explain how much he has helped me. The hot flashes are rare, the night sweats are almost non existent. I know it will get even better, as we are still trying to get the dosages to what I need. I can't say enough good things about Dr Varano and his staff. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

(March 29, 2018, 8:40 am)I've been seeing Dr. Varano for just over a year now, and I don't think I've been this healthy and energetic since grade school. I've been trudging through a multitude of interrelated health and hormonal issues since I was a teen, and while I've seen over 2 dozen doctors for these particular issues, nobody -- nobody! -- has spent as much time with me and done so much in the realm of customized care. He spends the time to make sure that my husband and I both understand everything, and I've never felt awkward asking him questions. Yes, it is expensive since insurance doesn't cover much, but I haven't been to the ER a single time since starting treatment (I was averaging once a month or more since I was 16), and that is a huge savings in and of itself!!
Not only is Dr. Varano awesome, but his staff! They should all win an award of some type. I have fairly frequent questions both in the office and between appointments, and they always spend the time to make sure I understand everything and that the questions are answered. They are all so kind, and I've never felt rushed or pressured to do anything.
To the whole office -- THANK YOU for giving me my life back! I thought I was destined to be sick forever, but you've changed that! Thank you!! -

(May 9, 2017, 8:46 am)Dr. Varano has been wonderful, from the long appointment times, truly taking the time to devote to discussing my care, thoroughly going through all the blood work and test results to explaining basically how the body works and answering any and all questions - it has been an amazing experience so far. I've never felt better and I'm getting better by the day. Thank you Dr. Varano and your wonderful staff!!
