(November 14, 2018, 10:40 pm)This was our 1st time ever at a Big Lots. When we walked in were greeted and told if we needed any help to get them. There was quite a bit here and the store was very clean as well as organized well. The check out guy was very helpful and explained the whole rewards card system, the survey and everything we needed to know. Nice to go in a place with very friendly people all over in it. Very Refreshing.

(October 20, 2018, 8:33 pm)By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Mike and a woman in furniture (I feel terrible for not asking so I can give her credit) were so incredibly helpful. They loaded our furniture into our car and were extremely sweet in not expecting us to help at all (I am pregnant). Their friendliness and genuine nature was even more obvious when we found a blemish on the furniture. They quickly fixed it for us. I will definitely be going back to this big lots to purchase more furniture! Thank you!
