I love this place never had a problem at all. Very attentive and i always am recommending someone. Never do i wait more then 5 minutes in the waiting room. My son is always seen by a doctor as long as you request, they get it done. I say always be on top of your child heath and well being and this is the place to go.
Dr. Ortero is a fantastic pediatrician. I wish other pediatricians were like him. We moved here last year and struggled to find a good pediatrician in the Lehigh valley and Poconos. We tried 4-5 doctors with no luck. He is the best and made my daughter so comfortable (14months) and answered all the questions I had throughly. The nurses were great too and the office was clean!
We've been using them for seven years, and I've never had a bad experience. The staff are great, and the doctors are too. I trust them with my little girl.
Always seen by the doctor quickly, even if my child wakes up sick and I need an asap appt. My daughter loves it here!
