  I have been to several veterinary offices in my life , as I always had cats, and I had one dog prior to my current two. I discovered Banfield after I adopted my dogs Lumen and Isabel. Lumen and Izzy have been seen by the doctors at Banfield for as long as I had them, and I’ve always appreciated the care and concern of the techs and the doctors. However , this last visit with Isabel has confirmed my belief that my dogs, are receiving the best care possible!. My dogs are big girls, but they’re big babies.. I had my Isabel there in the office waiting for the vet tech to come in.. we were both nervous wrecks. Then the vet tech, Ellen Hernandez, comes in, and she was so sweet, loving, and kind to my dog which immediately put me at ease. She was efficient and empathetic at the same time. I started to cry, because I felt that my Isabel was in the competent hands of people who also love dogs!! Lastly, the doctor, Veterinarian Hultzapple, came in the room to check Isabel. I cannot say enough good things about her. She sat on the floor with us,( me, vet tech, and Izzy), and when she checked Isabel, she was so gentle that my dog relaxed, and then ofcourse, so did I! She explained everything to me thoroughly. I trust her expertise, and I appreciate her kindness and concern for both me and my beloved Isabel. My dogs are my family, and having them be treated by the best is everything. But when you find the best, and they also are people who you know care and are kind.. you really hit the jackpot. Im so grateful for how my Isabel was treated, and I couldn’t let it go unsaid.

  I switched my Boxer from a very local vet (we could walk there) to Banfield hoping for better record keeping and more attentive service. I was very pleased. Our first visit, our vet got down on the floor to check out my pup. Something so simple meant a lot to me. (Instead of lifting all 80lbs of him onto a high table). We went for a skin issue months later, and unnecessary procedures were not pushed on me. The vet was clear on what I could do now and what I could consider later if my dog's symptoms changed. Today, I had to drop him off for acute care for the first time due to some pretty severe hives. I got two calls from the vet with updates on him AND she was very clear about the pricing of treatment. I continue to be impressed with Banfield's follow up, transparency, and overall care and compassion for my kid. They're there for you and they're there for your pets.

  I took my cat here last week due to an issue he was having with his leg. The vet and assistant were very gentle with my cat and were able to diagnosis his issue. I was very pleased at how professional they were with my cat. I left with medicine and felt very comfortable by the end of his visit.
