Washington at Presidential City

I moved to Philadelphia from Maryland for work and was looking for a place that was pet friendly. I found Presidential City and thought it was the perfect fit. It has an incredible pool club and fitness center, parking, and all brand-new modern apartments. Having the convenience of a safe, on-site dog park with plenty of greenery was a huge selling point. I couldn't find an apartment in the area that offered the same amenities and features. I've been living here for about 6 months and it's been a great experience so far.

I've lived in the Washington Building for the past 3 years and LOVE it! So much natural sunlight and amazing sunrises!

When I moved to the Philadelphia area the biggest thing I was looking for was trying to get the most for my money. The amount of space you will get living at pres city is double space than what you'd pay for in center city. And it's a quick - $11 Uber right right into center city -- no different than living in Fishtown or University City (except you're not dealing with traffic). Apartments have all new appliances & washer & dryer in all units.

You're in walking distance to target, Starbucks and grocery stores. Also, their fitness program is awesome -- no need to spend so much money on memberships. They offer cycle classes, boot camp, aerial yoga -- 7 days a week.

The pool is also incredible! Firepits, grills, fridges, jacuzzi and heated pools. It's my little bit of paradise in Philly!
