Amazing store with wonderful customer service

i bought my mother a gift from here and the service was amazing, very personal and i felt very welcomed in the store. lots to choose from, staff was very friendly

I started shopping at Opal Rose, per the recommendation from a friend. I fell in love with everything about Opal Rose as soon as I stepped foot in the door. From the unique items to the boutique charm, Opal Rose was just the local shopping experience that I was searching for.

I purchased several items during that initial shopping experience. After I wore one particular item, from my initial purchase, I received so many compliments from my circle of friends. The compliments were unsolicited and genuine, as one particular friend (who is in the public eye) purchased the exact item, in which she complimented me for wearing.

I knew immediately, after my initial purchase, that I would be a repeat client of Opal Rose. I have purchased everything from bling masks, pants, shirts, to sweaters, as well as the very sought after and sold out Sarris Cocoa Bombs that I wanted for my daughter’s December birthday party. Opal Rose delivered! Over the weekend I placed an order for a pair of earrings and today I purchased a dress and scarf. My husband doesn’t know it yet, but I believe that I found what I want for Valentine’s Day!

What I consider the key ingredient and what is missing when shopping at national/chain retailers, is the boutique owner’s impactful presence. I now look forward to seeing Rachel, just as much, if not more than I look forward to shopping the latest trends at Opal Rose. Why, just today Rachel provided me with a personal and private shopping experience. Rachel is a class act who appreciates every client who shops at her boutique.
