Great car buying experience with Jim Shorkey North Huntingdon and Christian!! As our current lease was nearing expiration, we started to explore the right suv fit for our family of 5. Christian was attentive, listened to our needs / must haves in a vehicle and kept in contact to ensure we’d find the right suv! An Infiniti qx80 caught our eye online, listed with another dealer. Christian and Jim Shorkey team went above and beyond to get the suv and have all prepped in advance for our appointment to get the new car, a tremendous lift / time saver for our family! Could not be more pleased with my experience at Jim Shorkey. My sales rep, Roosevelt Carter, was great. I had gone to the Jeep web site and built exactly the Grand Cherokee Limited that I wanted. When I went to Jim Shorkey, they didn’t have this particular build with these options in stock, and rather than trying to get me to buy something, anything, on their lot, like the first dealer I went to did, Roosevelt said we could put in a custom order and have it built, which the first dealer told me was not possible. Roosevelt went through the process with me, and pointed out exactly where the costs could differ from what I saw online and was upfront about how long it could take. His only interest was me getting exactly the vehicle I wanted, which I greatly appreciated. This wasn’t my first stop, but after this experience I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else, and I would highly recommend Jim Shorkey to anyone looking for a Jeep.

Purchased a new 2023 Ram from Thom. They originally made me a ridiculous low ball offer for my vehicle and a low discount on a new one. But we sorted it all out, and it ended up being a very good deal. It’s a nice dealership and they have a nice selection of vehicles. You can’t blame them for trying to make a buck, that’s the American way. I would definitely shop there again and I recommend them if you’re looking for a new/used vehicle.

Working with Augustus Marino at Jim Shorkey Ram is always a great experience. I have been coming to him since about 2016 or so and will continue to for any of my vehicle needs. I highly recommend this dealership and very highly recommend Augustus as the salesman. I’d give more stars in my review if there were any!

I purchased a new Ram 3500, and the sale went great. There was a small hiccup with the financing, but that was quickly resolved. The truck was delivered to me dusty inside and in the engine bay, but I am picky. The dealership offered to run the truck through cleanup again, but I decided to do it myself. There is no better way to find defects in new vehicles than a thorough do it yourself cleaning. BTW none found.
This is now my second truck purchased from Roosevelt Carter (sales person), he is great guy to deal with. He makes sure everything is right and will answer all your questions.
Everyone I have talked to at Jim Shorkey is courteous and knowledgeable. Give them a call or stop by, I think you will like them, too.
