Kyle is absolutely amazing it doesnt matter what level of fitness you are he will adjust any workout to suit you to ensure that you get the most out of every workout. Kyle is also great at explaining the workouts and what muscle groups that the workouts actually focus on. He is very focused on your technique as he preaches the importance of getting the most out of your reps by putting emphasis on technique. You will leave every session learning and getting the best out of your workout. Even though I dont know what its like to try heroine Kyles workouts come pretty damn close because you will become addicted after your first session.
