  I came all the way from TN to Rhode Island for my dream car ! Bill and James made the experience super easy. I landed from my flight after hours and they were willing to stay over AND arranged a pickup from the airport. Whole process was completed in under an hour and Bill checked back with me a few days later . Thank you all I love my my Camaro !

  Just purchased a 2020 Chevy Equinox with Hurd. Our salesman Neil White was professional, personable, and friendly. Not the pushy salesman type. We were there for hours not because of negotiations or paperwork but because we took our time test driving multiple vehicles and going over the different options between them. Neil was patient with us as we went through the process, as it should be. My first experience with this dealership, I’ll definitely consider going back on my next purchase!

  The help I received was undeniably amazing. I leased a vehicle back in 2016 and went over my mileage and with the help of every finance manager and sales person i was able to get into a brand new 2019 Buick Encore. I already love this car. Everyone at Hurd auto mall is and always will be a great pleasure to work with on buying a new vehicle. Thank you guys!!!

  I recently purchased a Buick Enclave from Hurd Auto Mall. I had the best experience with a salesman David Sperry. David was very easy to work with, no pressure, very personable and a nice guy. As a woman who has gone to many dealerships, I dont appreciate some tactics they use and the pushiness. I felt very comfortable here working with David purchasing my new vehicle.. I want to thank you David for a great experience all around, and I love my new vehicle. I hope you have a great year!

  My experience at Hurd Auto Mall was very pleasant. My sales representative Brandon Doyle was very informative and attentive. What I enjoyed most about the service was that I did not feel like I was being pushed to buy something. Brandon’s service reflected a genuine interest in helping me get the car I really wanted. He went above and beyond to ensure that I left there a satisfied customer.
  
  I highly recommend Hurd Auto Mall, especially if it’s your first time shopping for a car. Brandon was awesome and I think anyone who has experienced his service would agree.
