  My father resided at The Holiday for seven months, and in that time he was respected and taken care of in a way that exceeded our family's expectations. He had spent a little time elsewhere and that place was substandard, sterile and an institution. The Holiday is family oriented. The staff became family to Dad, and the physical layout resembles several family units. (Check it out yourself.) While my father grew sicker and needed hospice, The Holiday staff, who had made the effort to know my father as a unique human being, helped him and us, the family, in administering to his needs as well as our own. Sadly, he passed away just 24 hours ago in The Holiday, but throughout the final days all staff members he had come to appreciate rallied around him and us. Total class act and definitely worth your time and effort to tour the facility.

  Current Employee/HR. I absolutely love working for the Holiday. It amazes me how I almost every day, I can walk into my office, and find myself even more impressed with, and amazed by this company, then I was the day before!
  
  Every single member of this organization is compassionate, knowledgeable, and 100% transparent and authentic. It has been a family owned business that's been around for 30+ yrs, with an amazing reputation, one which I firmly believe, they've earned every ounce of. It seems harder and harder now a days, to find a company whose owners and execs, sincerely stand behind, and can actually live up to, every aspect their mission, vision and values statements but I have yet to meet one person so far, who hasn't.
  
  I can't tell you how much of a difference that seems to make, in regards to employee retention, turnover, resident and employee satisfaction, office/ employee moral... and in a million other aspects, as well. I can honestly say that every morning when I wake up, I am filled with so much gratitude knowing that I get to get up and go to work everyday, and be in a position that i am so unbelievably passionate about, for a company, that I couldn't possibly love or have more respect for...and in my opinion, there's not a feeling in the world, greater than that!

  Wonderful place .to work and live. Staff is friendly , and helpful. Residents are always happy. Its a very warm inviting place to come . Recent state survey was deficiency free.
