Tasca Buick GMC Woonsocket

  I recently drove over an hour to look at a car that was located at the Tasca Chevy Dealership, when my brother and I arrived we were greeted with “why are you here” to which I responded that I had made an appointment to drive one of the vehicles they had. I drove the car and absolutely loved it. I had gone back in and waited outside the managers office who was the one I had been talking to. He stated “you can come in here” to which I had gone into the office (he had been having what appeared to be a private conversation about another customer’s financials and I didn’t want to intrude). When I did go into the office he said “so do you want to buy it” and when I had stated I wanted to understand what kind of financing options they had he stated that if I was not going to buy the car that day there wasn’t much more he could help me with. I was disappointed and honestly a bit shocked with how I had been treated. On our way out my brother had wanted to go across the street to take a look at the truck GMC had on the lot. While looking Joe came out to us and asked if we needed help to which we advised we were just browsing. Joe went back inside and came out to check on us about 15 minutes later. When he came to talk with us he asked what brought us in. I had explained that I was in the market for a new car but was shocked with how I had been treated across the street. Joe apologized profusely and offered to bring the car that I had looked back over so that I could get more time with it and ask any questions I had. In addition he showed me a couple additional cars that were in my price range. I called Joe later that night and asked if I could buy the car from him. I had spent all day at many dealerships and Joe left a lasting Impression. Not only did he go above and beyond to keep me informed throughout the buying process, he greeted me at the door with a huge smile and seemed just as excited as I was when I came to pick up my new car. Joe treated me like family and I will go out of my way to tell everyone how great he is! We will be driving back down to see Joe when the time comes that my dad or brother need a new car. I live 7 minutes away from a Chevy Dealership and I will drive over an hour every time just to got to Joe because of the service and professionalism he provides!! Make sure you go to see Joe at Tasca Buick GMC for everything! The only reason this review is getting 5 stars is because of Joe and his colleagues at Tasca Buick.

  People are nice I can ask questions about my car and get answers. The young lady at the service desk is AWESOME her name is Mikayla Hogan. She has come to my rescue in the past and I will never forget how good she was for me. People like her you keep and believe me she is good. I am so glad she is there in your service dept. She answers any questions I ask about my car and the service I will be getting. She should get a gold star. Never let her go.

  Mikayla Hogan in service is a gem!! I drove here from Indy and had engine issues on the way. She got me in fast and in less than 24 hours my car was fixed and ready. Also washed and vacuumed at no charge. I can’t say enough about how kind she treated me and made me feel like a VIP. Thank you to everyone at the dealership that helped get me back on the road. You guys rock! The best customer service ever!

  They have the absolute best mechanic in Rhode Island, Arthur Battersea, he is the only mechanic that I will allow to fix my cars issues, he is Very thorough and fixes the problem right the first time. Very personable will explain the problem and fix it correctly. He will also advise if necessary of any other possible problems up coming so you know and can plan accordingly. Thank you Bob Tasca for caring about your clientele.

He took the time to answer all the questions and go above and beyond to make me feel satisfied with the recent purchase of my new vehicle.
