I originally went in thinking something was stuck in my foot from a wound that happened on the river over the summer. Dr. Paukovitz advised that it would require surgery and nothing showed on the xrays. While it took over two months for the surgery, the scheduling coordinator was very accommodating to my schedule. Dr. Crabtree met with me two weeks prior and went over everything in detail and left no questions on the table unanswered. The surgery was quick, turned out nothing was lodged in my foot, rather a tumor formed. My follow up appointments have been with Dr. Paukovitz who has been patient and sweet, even when removing the sutures as it was very unpleasant. I was extremely hesitant to use this office based on the negative reviews, but I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone (including the front desk that seems to be getting the most complaints) was friendly and thorough with each encounter and I never waited to be seen even 5 minutes in either the waiting rooms or treatment room. I did not witness any unprofessional or unethical behavior between any other patient and an employee either.
The office staff, nurse and doctor were exceptional today and I got a same day appt!!
I had an appointment scheduled for a week from today, but when the pain in my toe become unbearable I called first thing this morning to see if they could squeeze me in sooner. The receptionist was extremely kind (Kari, I think) and told me I could come right away. I had even explained that I have a 7 month baby and wouldn't be able to find a sitter on such short notice. She made me feel very comfortable and encouraged me to bring the baby with me. I was so thankful for that. Once I arrived, Dr. P saw me quickly after arriving and was able to take care of my problem. I was very pleased with the whole experience especially the sweet receptionist and nurse:)
Dont understand the negative reviews. I waited a total of 5 minutes in the waiting room. I seen Dr.crabtree for pain in my toes. Friendly guy, spent a good amount of time with me and explained exactly what was wrong and was straight to the point on how to fix it. The curly haired medical assistant ( Jamie was her name I believe) was awesome! She made sure I was comfortable and was very caring about my situation. I have zero complaints and would recommend this establishment to anyone in need of a good foot doctor.
