I walked in with my defective controller (ps4) and walked out without a new one, but with a much better experience than I’ve had in quite awhile. Somebody should give these guys a raise. (September 26, 2020, 6:37 pm)I was their with 2 of my boys for the Playstation 5 debut. We waited 4 hrs and got a chance to pre order one. The store clerk came out and let us know they only had 10 total. I thought that was very nice. We were 6th in line!!!
