360 Krav Maga Spring Hill

Took a fitness kickboxing class tonight and it was fantastic! Zero intimidation, everyone was very helpful, and I'll definitely be back!

UPDATE:. I've been coming to classes for over a month and I'm getting stronger and more flexible. I'm also gaining muscle and losing fat. These are all things that keep me coming back!

UPDATE: several months in and am forming friendships as well as getting healthy. Don't wait! Come join us!

My son Porter has been taking the Little Dragons class and he absolutely loves it. Mr. Tutt is so good with the kiddos. We are excited to continue our journey with 360!

My 6 year old has been attending for a month, and it has been a wonderful experience! We have seen positive changes in her utilization of her self control, a big increase in respect for others, and a huge change in her ability to follow multi-step directions. Best of all, she’s getting great exercise, and she LOVES going. So glad we found 360!!

Coach Brian is absolutely amazing with beginners like myself and also makes our 13 year old daughter feel so comfortable and empowered that we recommend Krav 360 to everyone. She absolutely loves it too!!!! We love it and learn so much about self defense and respect of others. Coach Davina is also a phenomenal instructor that also makes everyone feel welcome. There is no ego in this gym at all with a true family focused environment. Coach Brian truly sets the stage for a truly enjoyable and learning experience for all ages. He is so patient with all us new folks and always takes the town to help us improve in a truly positive, inspiring way. If anyone has ever been afraid to learn martial arts because of egotistical instructors, let me say this place is not like that at all. Not intimidating at all because Coach Brian and his Team make everyone no matter what level feel truly welcome and part of the Krav 360 Spring Hill feel so welcome. You will leave with confidence and also the feeling of finding a new Family!!!!!

My husband started training here and could not say enough good about it. He convinced me to come try a class. I was able to try out the Krav Maga class and the Kickboxing class and found out I LOVE kickboxing! I joined as soon as the class ended. The coaches are so motivating and really know how to bring the best out of you! Not only is it an amazing workout, but I have learned some great skills and feel pretty confident I could defend myself if need be! This place and the people are amazing! The best thing is they’re very family friendly and focused! We signed up our 13 year old daughter for Krav Maga as well! It has been such a confidence booster for her!! I honestly can’t say enough about how how awesome 360 has been for our family!! Thank you Brian, Deanna and staff!
