As a Realtor I'm always looking for high quality contractors for my customer's homes. In this particular case, a renter had been in the home and had done a lot of damage to the scored concrete floors. Floor Essence did a fantastic job at cleaning and polishing so we could get the home on the market. I highly recommend them!
I solicited this company to clean mop and glow wax build up from my hardwood. Although the outcome was not perfect, the guy spent 6 hours on my floor.He got all the wax up. There was some left in the cracks, but as bad as the floor was, I can live withot for the time and price. I would definitely use them again.
