(January 14, 2019, 10:20 am)I just moved to Gallatin a few months ago and was really disappointed in the local gyms around the area...until now! So glad I gave this place a try. It's such a great program, and everyone is so friendly. The programming is great for all levels of athletes, and the coaches are all really good at actually teaching and not just keeping you on a time schedule for the day.

(July 17, 2015, 3:16 pm)I stopped by CF Hendersonville today. I have been out and about visiting the various CF Gyms/Boxes around the Lebanon area.
CF Hendersonville has a nice setup and both the staff and members were very friendly. They clearly have a good community going there seeing the members interact. The workout was a muscle endurance intensive workout that certainly taxed us all without delving into the realm of the absurd.
Overall I enjoyed my time there and look forward to visiting it again next time I am in town!
