There is never over crowding and my experience has been tailored to my fitness goals. This is a great place to begin or continue a heathy lifestyle!

The studio itself is amazing- it is very clean and organized and has top-notch fitness equipment. Emily was very thorough in her session with me. She really helped me with my form, she gave me great advice, and I feel more confident and encouraged to continue in my strength training and exercise plan. I highly recommend Fit Studio and Emily and staff for your fitness needs. You will not be disappointed.
