Newman Water Services

I recently moved into a home with a water softener from Newman Water Services. I wasn't sure how to use it so I gave them a call. Even though I was not buying anything, they made sure I was taken care of and knew what to do by walking me through everything. I think it really shows their company ethics and their commitment to their products, service and customers. Very please and beyond grateful for their help!

I have used a few different local "Well Service Companies" in the last four years... Justin diagnosed my well issue and repaired it correctly. It took two trips to solve this particular problem, but Justin was diligent and even came back out on a Sunday morning to resolve the dilemma so I would not be without water. Great service and professionalism. I wish I had been referred to him a few years earlier, it would have saved me a great deal of money and untold grief!

When I got my Lakehills house in 2018 I thought I was going to have to replace the entire water tank but Justin at Newman Water Services replaced a small computer component and got me up and running for less than $300. When my water supply disappeared for no reason last month Justin able to get my water back on by simply changing out a carbon filter and there's nothing sexier than having your water back in your house for $90

Wow! Super nice folks. I called them to ask about some service I needed done. Lauren said I am not sure, I will call you back. IN my head was thinking yea . . won't hear back. Less than 5 minutes later she calls back and says, that is NOT in our scope of business, but here is a phone number for someone you might want to ask. In today's day and age of no follow ups, she made my monday.

I can't say enough about these folks! They are very responsive, not pushy, and have resolved all of my issues to my great satisfaction! These are my go-to folks for well water issues!
