Amazing staff. Sabrina at the front desk gets a 10 star rating, she went out of her way , as we are newlyweds (she saw that on our reservation). Both my new wife and myself work in customer service in Las Vegas resorts .. ( her customer service is ON point ) After we walked away to view the grounds , that she had explain in great detail , a few minutes later she saw us walking the beautiful grounds and approached us to tell us congratulations, and that she had arranged with the kitchen to make sure we enjoyed a complementary app with our meal .....

To us, she absolutely blew us away. It's the little things that make BIG impressions..
