  Dogs are allowed in the store! My daughter got a cheap Wal-Mart bike for Christmas that was not put together well. I took the bike in for a tune-up, expecting to pay around $70. Dewey was nice enough to tighten the bike up for us for free. Great customer service; would use again for bike servicing.

  Great store with a good selection of ski gear and affordable prices. Our experience was great thanks to Ian, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout the entire purchase. Thanks for your help Ian!

  If you're gonna get a bike or equipment I recommend this place. They have very friendly workers that know what they're doing. Whenever theres something wrong with my bike I take it to them and they take care of me. They also have bike sales I believe once a month outside the store.i recommend this place for your first bike.

  Amazing people and customer service. Every employee I've come in contact there was nice and honest. No upselling without a solid purpose! Dewey is an amazing bike technician. Everyone there adds to the charms of this amazing place. Don't hesitate to check it out!

  This is a fantastic store!! The customer service is top notch, the associates are super helpful and very knowledgeable of the products, and they provide all the information you need when making a big purchase. Dewey, the bike mechanic, provides amazing service! He doesn't just fix the bike, he shows you exactly what is wrong with it and how to avoid causing the issue. The free adjustments on store bought bikes are super helpful and the 3 year maintenance plan he offers is astounding! If you're interested in cycling, this is the store to go to for bikes, maintenance, and community. 10/10
