I was greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I walked in the door! Kayla and Elijah are great! Rooms are extremely clean and the price is unbeatable! Kayla was such a great help and she was able to answer all my questions! -

(July 25, 2019, 10:24 am)Easy check in friendly employees (helped us find closest grocery store) Has a nice pool and hot tub.Rooms are a little small for suites but are manageable. Free mini golf on site and also had a game room with game systems connected to individual TV's. No quarter's needed. Also has Bbq grills and a nice outside area with a gazebo. Separate from the pool area. Very nice hotel and clean. Recommend if you have kids for sure!

Don't get me wrong you will run into problems and issues wherever you go, but how the issues and handled is what's most important. First and foremost they were extraordinary with the limited amount of staff that they have. I had to leave a tip for both the room service and the lady who takes care of breakfast. (I hope they received it) The manager despite system issues was also perfect. To say I was very upset about the way they charged my card (the system) my bank fixed the problem and she was very sincere about the mistake and ensured the rest of our stay was comfortable. She was so polite to us and our children. Haven't seen this type of service anywhere besides chick fil-a (lol) no seriously. Also, the amenities are so awesome especially if you have children. Oh and last but not lease its only 7 minutes from Sea World!
