I am in the Army. Lauren and Logan helped me pass the new Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT). They structured a fitness program that really worked for me. Lauren is a registered nurse(and also a solider) so she put together a nutritional program for me as well. The facility is very clean which is important in these days. I have never been this strong in my life!
