  Charles and his team are truly one of a kind. I was initially hesitant that all of the reviews were 5 stars. But I can tell you now that they are all earned. The pricing, the customer service, the communication are all top notch. I've already recommended them to everyone I know. We will be using them again!!

  Very responsive and great customer support. Charles Bamford and his team are exceptional. He delivered on a Sunday and brought supplies if I needed them (only charged for what we used). We’ve used PODS before and not only did Zippy Shell crush their prices, the customer support ran circles around the other company too. Ingenious design the company uses. Made decluttering our house to show it an absolute breeze. Thanks, Charles!

  I just cannot say enough about Zippy Shell!! I had a very difficult move. Every time I contacted Mr Charles Bamford with a panic emotional question he always offered solutions with such care and concern that calmed me instantly. Mr Bamford and his team were so very responsive supportive exceptional in customer service and timely. I will use them over and over again as needed. I am so very thankful to God that I found this company. They truly went beyond for me in care and service. I am so thankful for Zippy Shell. We are only half way there and I have peace because I know they will be there for me when I purchase my new home or need any other services long term or short term. Right now I need both. Oh and they are very cost effective also. I did a ton of research to find this company and price comparisons. Zippy Shell is the best!!

  The Absolute Best Choice! The pricing was better than any other options. The customer service was premier. Charles and his entire crew gave top quality customer service - they were very meticulous with packing and moving valuable furniture items. They are experts at utilizing the space of the Zippy Shell Trailer. This is the best way to move across town or across the county. Thank you for dedication!

  This has been a most enjoyable experience and one worth spouting off about. The group at Alamo Zippy Shell are all patient and professional with a good helping of humor to assuage the inherent challenges of moving ones goods. I ended up needing a few Zippy Shells as my initial needs were compounded by life. I had to incorporate two households and a move and had the luxury of choosing which Shell to unload and when. I have chosen to unload as I needed and it has worked effortlessly. I could not recommend this service higher. They have accommodated my desires willingly and have offered frequent recommendations pertaining to space usage. I packed the Shells and locked up with my keys so no fear of entry at the storage grounds. Service and security were paramount and attained. I will choose Alamo Zippy Shell for my next move and couldn't have requested a more personable staff.
