(August 2, 2016, 1:16 pm)Due to travel I drop into a lot of boxes, most OK, few really great. I really enjoyed my two days at Headstrong. The environment is different located in a residence dedicated to this purpose, well equipped and clean. The folks are very nice, heavy concentration of women in my classes. The coaching was outstanding. I received more useful corrections and suggestions on oly lifts in two days than I've gotten in my box in a year. Wish I lived in San Antonio. Thanks for a great experience.

(June 2, 2015, 1:07 pm)Headstrong CrossFit is a small and intimate gym that allows a level of attention you won't find at other gyms.Head Coach Ryan Mathews has a wealth of knowledge across all disciplines and his understanding is from practical application and personal experience not just attending a seminar. The atmosphere is always fun and welcoming.
If you are willing to put in the work, the gains are yours to be had.
I love this place.
